1.5kg down in 3 days!!!! I am so happy. And I didn't even starve myself. Lots of green tea with lemon and veggies with my meals.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
