Sorry, started eating B4 taking the picture. The cauliflower I mashed up a seasoned like the south beach diet version of mashed potatoes and I baked the chicken. I have had protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and drank a ton of water! Today is a win!

Even though you started eating... You might want to try using smaller plates. It helps create the illusion of more food which tricks the brain into being fuller. We made the switch years ago and it works. You can't put as much food on a small plate and even if you want more you have to consciously decide to go back and get "seconds" which is likely less than if you got a big first plate. Good luck

MvdM_vfx I am not on this site to count calories , but to count carbs. At one point my A1C blood glucose was 13. I chose to write everything down rather than die , or lose all kidney function and go on dialysis like my husband did from diabetes . Also I did not say that "I" don't take care of my appearance . I said what others care to judge me by should not be only my weight issue . Last year I had a brain tumor removed . This entailed shaving part of my head . I did not hide in the house because of my appearance because there is so much more to me.

There is an idea of actually using cauliflower as the crust ... have to "google" it. In reality I do not count calories nor carbs. I try to eat healthy and do a lot of combination eating habits. I lost 55# in one year doing this LONG ago. Since I am older, and a bit wiser, I need to do what works for me. I am encouraged by the WW idea tidbits. I never judge anyone ... there is only one judge and that being the Lord, Jesus Christ. I am overweight and have been a long time, but this is why I am CHOOSING to do something about it. Yes - there is more of all of us other than that on the outside ... Look in the mirror and tell yourself "Just as I am I am enough". Smile and have a great day. God bless you !
