Life stress is working it's thing on me. I was up to 167.9 in between my last weigh in and today. I shouldn't use food to make me feel better. I've gone back to my yoga and stretching and I am trying to walk more. Every day is a NEW DAY!!!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
