Was hoping to be down to under 328 but its close. Did not drink as much water this weekend. It seems the more water I drink, the more I lose.

Started to add a fiber supplement today as it seems my fiber numbers are a little low. I need to look incorporate more fiber rich veggies.

Pants and shirts seem to fit better. This is encouraging.
328.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 98.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
