Today I will stick to my food plan, I will attend a mtg tonight, I will contact at least one other person today!
I hate me right now!! How could I have gone so horribly wrong? I wouldn't let myself reach for any resource Including prayer!! So sad! Have a headache...probably food induced!
Dearest Lord!!! Please help me to forgive myself and move forward from this point leaning fully on you for all my decisions especially those that involve food!
