Swiete, I agree, don't quit. But I must say (proudly) that people began noticing my loss after about 6 weeks. My loss was fast in the beginning, but is very slow now. I am sticking with it though because I can feel the benefits. My stomach and joints feel so much better. Best wishes to you for your forthcoming losses. And (tip), measure your bust, waist, hips top of arm and thigh NOW. After a few weeks, I had 4" less in my mid section, this was when I didn't seem to be losing weight!! I wish I had measured my neck too...

I am very motivated at this stage - just need to keep constantly reminding myself that everything is worth it. I did measure this week so I am holding thumbs that I will see results soon. Good luck to you too Rindaloo.

Thanks Swietie!! I am woefully late in charting what I ate. My demise was cooking two recipes from cook books. I think its a shame you cant name the recipe, say the carb count and the Diet gizmo accepts that. Its a total pain entering all the little bits, but if that's what I have to do. I will try to fill in the gaps tomorrow.....
