Words are starting to hurt me now and being sick and in hospital hasn't helped... I feel drained.. but I'm picking myself back up... hitting the gym tomorrow.. will get back to 1200 calorie (more or less) and will start drinking my usual 6 ltr of water again daily.. just need to find the time to incorporate my daily yoga routine... I will do this.. I can do this.... I must do this!!! Kick negativitys' arse once and for all!!!!
