Just stopped caring about what I ate and how much I ate. I've learned that I tend to overeat when I'm not tracking every single bite I take. It is a lifestyle change that I haven't embraced.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I do not track myself, I also will eat too much. It is hard but we can do it!

That 'don't care' attitude is where we get ourselves into trouble. We've all been there, and this site is one way that we fix it. Grab hold; you can do it!

Changing lifestyle is all a mental game. You can't get there until you get there. Hang in, take baby steps, and be kind to yourself.
