W H W 3 children, 4 grandchildren, my husband and I. Balmaha to Rowardennan. I found it hard work. As I ate more carbs chocolate protein for the walk I am not recording it. That decision led me to having a lovely fish supper in The Oak Tree. I am not going to weigh my self until Friday.
