Okay, so I've been bad. Well, bad and sick. Yesterday I was all headache-y and nauseous and I skipped a day-- the first day I've skipped throughout this self-imposed challenge. So I'm holding off my weigh-in until tomorrow and extending my challenge until March 10th. I really need to get my food in check, and probably start running or doing something else in addition to this video. My food is way out of bounds, and while I feel stronger (and more sore), I also feel kinda chunky. So, more cardio and less food will be had in phase 2 of my 30 day challenge.

I'll be weighing and doing measurements and pics tomorrow. I also want to get proper weights-- I've been using family-size canned goods and they're getting pretty light. What recommendations do you guys have on weights? How heavy should I go? The cans I'm using are about 1.75 pounds. I don't want to go too heavy and not be able to use them or hurt myself, but I don't want to "grow out of them" anytime soon either. I was thinking 5 or 8 pounds? Idk. Opinions would be welcome. I think most starter handweights are 5lbs or 2kgs. I know that the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred uses 5lb weights.. =)
