Happy Valentines Day. This is a hard day to stay foused on your diet. To many sweets. Instead of candy, my husband bought me a shake weight. I love it. At least he was thinking of what I wanted and helping my stay away from the sweets. I gained 1 pound this week. I really need to pick it up. I will lose the weight that I need to, to make myself feel better and to look better.
