TOM is being really annoying... it made me put on weigh and will probably not allow me to swim during the 4 day weekend that is coming now... so frustrated ! :(
228.4 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 96.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
