felt good ran 500 yards, slept 5, then 4 hours, curls, squats, bands all light one set, dips 2 pull ups, three cheated pulls...but found a bar to do them at, and dips, so on my steps...
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
