I lowered my goal weight today by 5 pounds. had been stuck for some time at same weight despite exercising (very brisk walking - > 4 mph) and trail bike riding. so I'm building muscle and losing size also, but wanted just a few pounds off. My check up this year showed all my numbers decreased in the past 6 months and are GREAT - EXCEPT - dang triglycerides; they really jumped. I eat TOO many carbs (love bread) so I've limited at their recommendation to 100 carbs or less....I can already tell I'm not as bloated or rumbly (who knew?) and can "feel" the difference already. i'll have this last 5 lbs off in no time....then for maintenance and continued strengthening! :)
