Wrote a food entry that is a good reality check for days when I think I've eaten under my caloric goal. Ummmm-nope. Must rein myself in. I've been dicking around for more than a year and I'm going up instead of down. Saw a photograph and thought, "Who is that fat old woman?" Only to realize it was me. Health and life await.
