I'm just kind of doing nothing. I better change my ways! I'm pretty good at recording for breakfast and lunch, but as soon as I am home from work, I just don't make the time. thats right! I have to make the time!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
