Had my first doctor check-up since starting this journey. I couldn't have asked for a better reaction. I had hoped for a simple 'Good job, keep it up', but she was excited for me and very encouraging.

The follow-up appointment came at a good time because I have been sick since last Friday, which explains the lack of logging my food. I haven't been up to exercising and have not gone crazy, but also haven't had it in me to measure and log everything I eat. I'm still feeling bad, but am going to make a commitment to start logging food today and drinking water. It's frustrating that when I need to drink plenty of fluids the most that it is hardest to do.
