Whaaaaaat we cheated last night for V-Day. We ordered Papa John's and had a few, several, cocktails. The pizza took 2 hours to get to our house, I kid you not. So we ate later than we were supposed to as well. I *thought* I missed alcohol, but between how I felt last night and how I felt this morning, I think that want has finally stopped screaming in my head. So Go me! Oh, and even though I cheated, still lost weight XD woot
235.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I haven't checked out your diet calendar, but if you're interested: look up member kingkeld. He does an indulgence day to help his weight loss which is kinda what you just did. He's lost half his body in weight! LOL-sorry, haven't looked at your friends list either- maybe you know him. A lot of times this will help with plateau's or if your body thinks it's in starvation mode. Science/people aren't lying when they say you have to eat to lose. You just have to eat the right foods and in a healthy quantity. Congrats on your weightloss! I love those days when you think you're gonna put on like 5 pounds- only to wake up, and you lost.
