at the biggining my goal is to loss 1 Kg each week. for first day : Breakfast : bread 100 Kc + chease 50 Kc + tea snack for 10'o clock : one Kiwi 50 Kc Lunch : turkey about 100 gr + rice 250 Kc Snack for 5'o click : date + tea =40 Kcal dinner : Salad + chicken =200 Kc with one hour exercise burning about 200 Kcal
