Yesterday was bad as in too busy bad. I ate all my meals late, I had no time to even drink water as my phone was ringing off the hook at work. Funny how I wanted to cheat yesterday but didn't even had a time or a chance too. It was waay too busy to even attempt a small cheat. Pretty ironic. As soon as I got home I had to rush out to go food shopping, then run off to UPS. I barely even ate. When I arrived home I was so exhausted I didn't even bother to eat dinnet, I just showered and went to bed.
This morn I decided to stop by Dunkin D and get some heart shaped Donuts for the office. And while I was there I decided I shall then have my cheat. No, not a donut but a small Mint hot chocolate. It was so delicious that I think I no longer have any cravings off the diet. The skinny cow ice cream sandwich I had on Sunday was no where near as satifying as this hot chocolate was today. It hit the nail on the head, and after I finished the cup, I felt satisfied and ready to get back on track.
