I gained 2 pounds during my week off.

Did not eat COMPLETELY off the reservation, but did enjoy some things i was craving.

Today is back in the saddle.

Chest day and will start my new 6 week program.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
