Ahh, 116 today. Walked an hour on this beautiful Memorial Day Monday. Worked last 5 days in a row, whew! Now to catch up on housework, grocery shopping and laundry. My father was a Vet, my father-in-law is a Vet, my husband is a Vet, so are 6 more brother and sister in-laws...Salute!!!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 109.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
