My dad died a year ago today and I'm feeling reflective - I would like to share a photo of me on my 40th Birthday with my twin brother who sadly died in an canoeing accident in Scotland ten years ago. Seeing this photo which I have taped near my PC workstation has helped me focus on improving my health. Have a great day all of you.

I was feeling reflective yesterday too. My ex is a twin; I have a tiny bit of understanding what that loss must mean to you and I know it must be hard. Losing your father so recently too - I hope he had a long, healthy and happy life. Look after yourself! x

Time to live and time to reflect. Lost my dad 18 months ago..just a month before I retired from teaching. I have some of his features so I see him when I look into the mirror.
You and your brother look happy together. Sad that he isn't here anymore 👬
