Day 44, and I had my spa day today. It was awesome- got an hour long facial and scalp massage, hair wash, blow out, and style, and then professional make up application. It felt so amazing and indulgent. It was definitely worth working hard for.

I feel good today, very empowered and motivated. I worked out yesterday morning and this morning as usual, but I pushed it hard. I see a difference all over my body, but mostly my arms and my stomach. I love seeing the rolls become a little less, and my arms are toning up so nicely. My upper arms have always been my biggest insecurity, probably since I was 16. I feel like they're whale-ish. My weight training is really starting to pay off, and I almost wanted to cry today when I saw how much smaller they've become. Granted, I still have a long way to go. But I'm that much closer to opening up a whole new facet to my wardrobe- sleeveless items. Haven't worn something sleeveless (besides a bathing suit) in public since my freshman year of high school!

Now, new goal, since I accomplished my first one and used my spa day. When I get down to 220 (40 pounds lost total), I will treat myself to a massage. Hoping I get to that point in April. Yessss.

I hope to see a difference this week on the scale, unlike last week's stall out.

What a great day to treat yourself! Proud of you girl! I really need to add exercise to my new healthy lifestyle! I promised myself when I get back from holidays I am going to get back into it. I really need to add that part to it. I just fight it sooo bad! I admire your committment to fitness. I'll be gone for a few weeks, but I wish all the best! Have a happy Vday with your man! Keep plugging away and watch yoru salt intake. It will make a huge difference, try to stay away from canned items, and processed meats and foods. It really helped me from carrying on that extra water weight! Just some free advice take it or leave! BOTTOM LINE: You know whats best for yoU!! ;)

Ahh, the spa was amazing. Thank you so much! I find that if you don't give yourself an option not to exercise, it makes it much easier. If you're sitting on the couch thinking about not wanting to exercise, literally RUN off the couch before you can change your mind! Have a great vacation, have an amazing time!
