Very BAD week--BAD BAD BAD! I'm lucky I didn't gain a single pound!(My jaw practically hit the floor this morning!) I haven't been doing my strict 'regine'--SLACKED on cardio--usually hit the treadmill & weight 4-5xs wk AND DIDN'T--but did OTHER things like trekking all over looking for new furniture, then organizing the house FOR the new stuff--so hopefully it equaled out somehow...really lucked out! Whew!

But things are settling down ang getting back into the routine again somewhat--getting over cabin fever and sinus crap and the 'want fat gone'attitude IS back :)

Thanks to a few friends for the emotional support Luv yas! :)
298.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
