I haven't been writing my food in here, but I'm sticking well with diet. Lately though when standing I feel sort of dizzy-hungry. Electrolytes probably... So I'm starting to drink broth with added potassium and taking vitamins. That and my stomach is used to having a lot more in it.

I also decided to start walking every day a quick once-around the alley. It takes five minutes or so. You don't understand. I'm a slug. I think that if I didn't have to work I could be lazy enough to never move and end up on My 600 Pound Life. Sadly got a contact blister from my shoes so I need sneakers. I refuse to stay a slug though so I'm going to buy some tomorrow. I know the loop I made today was pitifully tiny, but slugs have to start somewhere.
294.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 167.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you checked your blood pressure - that can often go quite low when you lose weight - and you've lost a lot.

Yes! Potassium, salt, and water! I use Himalayan salt, because it has 84 minerals that regular salt doesn't, and Lite salt, which is potassium chloride, and I mix them together. I use it on everything I cook. :-)
