Today's breakfast. Finally I'm starting to eat better.

Definitely the right way to go with the nuts! Looks delicious! Won't spike your insulin levels so much with the added nuts, I eat them every day now but keep the quantity low. Mmmm!

Very healthy. I'd recommend reducing the quantity of nuts (to just 6-8 almonds) and introducing fruit slices like 40g of blueberries/raspberries or strawberries (fresh or frozen)
