I haven't been on here for awhile. Recently I have stepped up my exercise and eating good and I am still not dropping any LB's. Its getting real frustrating I am not sure if it is medicine I am on or what but I am not dropping any weight which makes me want to just eat whatever and not even care. I wondered if I wasn't getting enough calories so this is why I am back on here. My goal by July is to be below 200. Time to get to work.
