The reason I busted my calorie allowance for today. Oops. At least it was fun.

If you go for a 30 minute walk tonight, you can burn 150 calories, which should cover the flute of bubbly. Or dancing, as you may be more in that kind of mood 🙃

The suggestion of walking to burn it off would have worked if I hadn't had 6 glasses of it. Today lots of water and walking.
