I FULLY UNDERSTAND ..goood friday morning...i fully understand what a woman goes thru when shes got to take pantyhose down to p or poop…yesterday I was all dressed…had my liner padded shorts on..when i first started riding a bike the bike shop i was going to at the time introduced me to a set of padded liner shorts and every since i wear those under my bibs for extra padding..guess my butt is more sensitive then some..had my riding bibs on over them…was all set up …had 7.2 miles in on bike an had to poop…now I gotta tell you…I went before I got on bike…I was waterless..an poopless FREE…so…stopped my ride on zwift..went in bathroom an started pulling it all down…set down did my thing…then starts the whole process of trying to get It all back into place so its comfy again…i’m here to tell you…it never goes back into place like it was the first time…but I settled for getting it in best place I could…got back on zwift again…starred riding…just wasn’t in mood by then…but managed to do another 7.6…before i saved the ride on zwift..ended up with 14.8 miles..not a great ride…but all miles count…

56 outside this morning..still to cool for me to do a morning ride..but i did think about it when i took trash out little bit ago..but the plan is to ride outside again in the morning..suppose to be 65 over night..so will do a zwift ride today an enjoy the morning air in the morning..

well coffee is done..bed is made..im ahead of schedule today..sun is starting to come up..

i have no experience with high heels..i have cleats on my peddles an wear tennis shoes..
