Oh no ! I did so well until my Lions Club meeting tonight...I was saving...did well most of the day ) but ate the dinner being served at meeting. Baked chicken and green beans ok...even though probably not cooked diet friendly ! But I had bread and mashed potatoes. And a piece of cake.... Mad at myself. After being on such a high from my weigh in yesterday... All I can do is start again tomorrow !
