My wife got a book called Fat for Fuel, by Dr. Joseph Mercola. , kinda of interesting, says to cut your protein to 15-20 grams at most per meal??? And also do fasting for 13-18 hours to-get your weight burning to optimal levels, if you are on a weight stall, suggested you eat no later than 8 at night and skip breakfast and eat a normal lunch to get your keto to rev up, I' am going to experiment with this, and see if this works for a few days, if you get light headed suggested you take coconut oil 1 Tbsp to begin, he also has a website.
