Tricelee's Journal, 12 February 2012

This is my first week on this diet. I am watching what I eat and putting back things that take me over my calorie limit. I have been doing well so far. I just need to keep this up. I am going to give up soda for the next 12 weeks that should help me lose a few pounds. I have 56 more pounds to lose.
246.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
