just finished putting in my meals for my first day and I am pleased to say that I finished with 231 remaining calories yeah:) :) ;) super elated I know by going at this rate I will soon see results. by the way can anyone tell me how I post my meals becuz I am so having trouble with that so yeah. moreover for those of you looking for workouts that will have you drenched but will help to sculpt you bodies visit blogilates on YouTube Cassey Ho great gal:) she has amazing videos. guys please also follow me and the gesture will be returned. a big shout out to you all
