I have been on the low fat diet because I had to get my gallbladder taken out so I have been watching what I have been eating. So today I had cheero and anima crackers for a snack
131.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
