Wow! I was about to give up yesterday. I almost made a box of Kraft Mac n cheese, one of my favorite guilty pleasures to have at home. But I didn't! I did drink a whole bottle of Pinot noir though... 😬. Only 17 carbs in the whole bottle! I also made and ate a pound of boneless center cut pork chops, fried in a lot of butter and a side of a half cup of grated cheese for dinner. Hey, if this is what it takes to lose weight, I'm good to go! 😜
