I have been diligent on following induction. I think know I have been in and out of ketosis because my body is a fickle thing; wanting lots of lettuce but eating huge salads that boosts my carb count. I'm happy to see the scale drop though. I start a new job tmrw so I'll be back to packing my lunch!
