Yesterday was my nephew's birthday party and I decided to enjoy a piece of cake. I am not even going to stress about it. I had a great time and my daughter had a great time. One piece of cake won't kill me. I am proud that I haven't had any sweets since sometime last year until yesterday. The weird thing is that my sticks are still showing me being in ketosis this morning. Well, moving forward and I hope everyone has a great day!
