Unofficial weigh in - Since I did a "cheat weigh in" last Monday, I won't be weighing until Mondays now. I came in at a solid 196.0 this a.m., which is down 4.6 pounds of water weight after last Thursday's splurge. However, LAST Sunday, I weighed in at 197.6 lbs, which means.....*drumroll*

I AM DOWN A TOTAL 1.6 LBS THIS WEEK!

I also lost 2.5 inches - (waist, arm, and thigh)

Chest - 45 -45
Torso - 38 - 38
Neck - 13.5 - 13.5
Waist - 43.5 - 42.5
Hips - 50
Right thigh - 25.5
Left thigh - 26 - 25
Right arm -15.5 - 15
Left arm - 16

I do note both my LBM & my Body fat went down. Venuto says when both go down, try eating more temporarily. So, maybe I'll try and add in a protein shake this week on work out days.

Just looking at your measurements. We are just about the same weight but my hips are 45 in. I think I will check my thighs then ...I could be heavier in this region . Funny how we are all so different in shape . My cousin is 7 less and her hips are 52 in How tall are you ? I'm 66 in Your stats look OK. Cheers for sharing Xxx✔✔✔

I'm 5'2, Mrs. Maths. So, basically I'm a shorty with a small waist in contrast to big wide hips. If I had chosen to have children, I suppose they might be considered good for child bearing, but as a peri-menopausal woman, I'm beyond those years. And, thank you for assuring me on my stats. I think I've officially lost 2 inches in the waist and 2 inches in the hips altogether. It's funny, those two places seem to be where I'm seeing the most progress, but I'll take it! Especially, since they tend to hold the most fat on this body, lol.
