Went to a college graduate open house and really blew it. Chicken slider with cheese and mayo, potato salad without eggs, broccoli salad, Nacho chips, veggie dip, raw veggies, moose track ice cream, cake and that was all in one meal.

Hi, Esther. I know how you feel. Mother's day was the same kinda day for me! Spaghetti and it just went down hill from there! The best I could do with it was decide that yesterday is gone and today is a new day! A new start. Thanks God for new starts! Hope you have a great day!! (((HUGS)))

I really cut back the next few days and when I weighed on Wednesday, I was down a couple pounds. Today i bought an online exercise video. I never exercise except for yard work. But this was kind of fun.

Sounds like fun! Have you tried it yet? I'm not much for exercising either but I've been thinking about it! Tell me how it goes. WTG on the weight loss! I've been bouncing over the same few pounds. I keep telling myself that it can't stay like this forever, can it!! Your Weight History looks so pretty!

I have done the first section twice and the second once. My tailbone muscles are so sore from the semi squats. The motions are in time to music and being brought up Christian, I have never danced. It was difficult for me to do steps with my feet and something different with my arms so I just kept moving until they changed to something different. I'm glad you mentioned it because I need to do it some more now. As for the weight loss, I have to take a medication that restrains estrogen. I had breast cancer and part of the tumor was estrogen fed. The med I'm on helps my body to now be so quick to form another tumor like that. Anyway, the doctor said that lacking estrogen makes it even harder to lose weight. And I'm 75 in October so not so active as I once was. With summer here, I will be doing yard work and maybe that'll help. Now I'm going to look you up.

I'm sorry you're feeling sore. :o( Ease into the exercises, and if all you do at first is to keep moving , that's great!! Sometimes we're so motivated that we over do it and end up hurting ourselves. I know you did ask for my opinion but I would probably do your dance exercises every other day at first, and do only as much as you can. Anything is better than nothing, which is what I've been doing! Before you know it you'll be dancing all over your house!! I'm going to be 67 in August.
