did 1hr cardio yesterday, and only eat a banana n apple for dinner..guess thats how the weight came down..but, very happy anyhow. :-)
178.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
