That looks great! I have a new found love for Brussels Sprouts. I didn't like them as a kid, but really like them now.

It was great! Unfortunately, the wings were from Buffalo Wild Wings and they had a sweet sauce on it. Next time I won't be getting the Asian Zing sauce. It was a lapse in judgement.

It happens don't beat yourself up over the lapse..we all need a treat once in a while

You would be surprised by really how little " sauce" is really on them so don't beat yourself up and pull off the skin if you don't want all the extra calories from extra sauce.
