THAT LOOKS DELICIOUS! Changes I would make (not suggesting you make these changes...just what I would do) Leave an egg yolk for the HDL and good fats Switch Ezekiel bread for the croissant Use either sunflower butter or wild maine blueberry jam for topping instead of the butter. Take out the onions...they don't do well for me lol
