Weighed this morning. Started walking the roundabout mile trip to my new job. Unfortunately it's a desk job, so I'll need to find some way to keep my activity high. Also going to try and keep calories low when working since I won't be burning all that much.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
