So I started up my account again today, I have lost 220lbs in the last five years, the last year I didnt really focus on fat loss, but on muscle gain, I packed on 30+ pounds of muscle I look thinner then I did when I weighed less, So I think its time to do more of a fat loss focus again, while retaining most of the muscle I have gained over the last year...

Thanks for adding me just sending over a hello, and a wow on the loss of 220 lbs. What a huge achievement. I think you were saying somewhere in a comment that your gf is an artist. I am too. It is what my degree is in. This is a tough journey in many stages, and it is great to have another one to share experiences. Have a great day.
