Woo hoo! I reached my first 5-pounds earlier than expected and we've had some awesome food. Tonight, portabello mushrooms topped with marinated red peppers and I kept the mozzarella topping to a healthy sprinkle instead of a heaping mound. Yum! I ate my leftover scrambled tofu from Sunday's brunch today and for the first time in recent memory I wasn't starving at the end of the work day. I'm really making a better effort to up my protein during the day so I'm not as apt to crave sweets at night.

My flight to FL is March 3. I have a few weeks left to see if I can knock off another few lbs. I'm assuming these will be slower, but I love having this site to help me.
