So frustrated but not...starting weight training along(3-4x/week) along with cardio(5-6x/week) and weight going up but inches still going down so happy with that more than the weight loss! This happens everytime I start with a weight program = weight gain...so I'll stick with the inch loss over the weight loss at this point:)
