Wow too long since last post. Making progress though. Losing inches and fat... Iron Mike at http://crossfitdesmoines.com/ is really helping me lean out. Still doing Advocare Meal Replacement shakes for breakfast and enjoying Starbucks oatmeal for lunch a lot!

Feeling great...still would like to see scale drop but am becoming more aware of my lifestyle choices. I just returned from success school for Advocare. It reminded me there are not fad diets that will sustain weightloss...it's about fueling your body with the right food and products. Adding exercising into your day and making wise choices! Wow...that kinda makes sense...duh!
