Just found an equation to tell you how many carbs you should consume a day based on your caller intake. For example, my plan is to eat 1800 calories per day, the the equation works like this:

1800/2 = 900
900/4 = 225

So, according to my 1800 calorie diet, I should consume 225 grams of carbohydrates per day.

Isn't it easier just to time the calorie intake x .125?
