I have been behaving for almost a week now; seeing this is discouraging. I can only think that this might have to do with the fact that this week I have been running more?

Fat: 33.7
Water: 49.3
Muscle: 33.3
BMI: 29.1

Macros continue as they were working before:

Protein: 132gr.
Fat: 58gr.
Carbs: 83gr.
Fiber: 25gr.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
